Welcome to Turtle and Munch Farm

We’re a small family who traded the fast pace of city life for the fresh air and wide open spaces of the countryside. Like many others, the pandemic made us rethink everything - from the way we lived to how we put food on the table. The grocery store shelves were empty, crime was rising, and we knew it was time for a change.

What started as an escape quickly became a way of life. Today, our homestead is a living, breathing example of what fresh, sustainable living looks like. We grow a wide variety of vegetables and herbs, tend to a small orchard, and raise chickens, goats, quail, turkeys, ducks, and rabbits - all with love, care, and respect. While we do raise our animals for meat, we believe they deserve a good life - one filled with fresh air, sunshine, proper care, and dignity.

You’ll often find our twin toddlers laughing and running alongside the animals, muddy boots and all. For us, this life is about more than food: it's about family values, tradition, and reconnecting with the land in a meaningful way.

We use organic practices and work hard to ensure everything we grow and raise is done responsibly and sustainably. Whether you’re picking up a bundle of seasonal veggies and herbs, fresh eggs, or taking part in one of our events, we hope you feel the love and care that goes into everything we do.

We also believe in giving back. We donate to senior programs in our community and open our homestead to others through events that celebrate the simple joys of life on the land.
